No. I’m an independent consultant, not a broker or agent. I don’t hold listings, I don’t represent sellers, and no part of my fee depends on whether you buy. That independence is the entire reason the advice is worth having.
Engagements are scoped and agreed up front, so you always know what you’re paying for before we begin. There are no commissions and no hidden incentives. The first consultation is always free and carries no obligation.
